Pilot Canidate Training Program

The Pilot Commissioners for District One Boston, invite applications for selection of a Harbor Pilot Candidate, to fill Harbor Pilot vacancies that are expected to occur over the next three years. The first successful candidate will commence training on or a November 1, 2026. Further training dates will be determined by the Boston Harbor Pilots and Pilot Commissioners as the need arises. Candidate must prove they are in compliance with the requirements stated in 995 C.M.R.2.00. (Rules and Regulations – Pilotage within District one, Boston).
